I built my practice around one belief: therapy should help you this week, not just eventually.

You book today, we meet within days. You leave with tools that work in real moments—before that hard conversation, during the spiral, when you're barely holding on.

"I got frustrated watching people wait weeks to start therapy, then leave first sessions empty-handed. If you're struggling now, waiting doesn't help—and you shouldn't leave without something practical."

See if we're a good fit

Does This Sound Familiar?

I work with both individuals and couples—here's how to know which fits:

Consider individual therapy if:

You're successful on paper but exhausted in reality—you're good at what you do, but it's costing you

You accomplish things but they never feel like enough

You're wondering what you're even achieving FOR anymore

You're terrified of being 'average' or 'mediocre'

Consider couples therapy if:

You're both willing to show up and do the work

You're stuck in the same painful cycle and can't break it alone

You want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or reconnect

You're at a crossroads (new baby, affair recovery, life transition) and need support navigating it together

If you nodded along to any of these, you're in the right place.

How I Can Help

Understanding why you're stuck doesn't change anything. Learning how to get unstuck does. You'll leave every session with something tangible—a grounding technique, a boundary script, a way to interrupt the spiral. That's what actually changes your life.

My Approach

1

No Waitlists When You're Ready

Book a 15-minute call today. If we're a fit, first session this week. Help starts when you need it.

2

Root Cause, Not Just Symptoms

We identify why you keep ending up here. You leave with tools for immediate relief, not just insight.

3

Build Capacity, Not Dependency

Week by week, we add what works and drop what doesn't. You're getting stronger, not just more aware.

4

Tools for Real Moments

Before the hard conversation. During the spiral. When old patterns start. You'll have what you need in the moment.

My Story

I became a therapist after waiting three months for help while barely holding it together. I was everyone's person—held families together, showed up for crises, made sure everyone else was okay—but had no idea how to ask for anything myself.

When I finally got into therapy, I left the first session with just validation. No tools. No relief. Just "come back next week." That gap between needing help and actually getting something usable stuck with me.

Now I help other people-pleasers start this week, leave every session with practical tools, and stop treating their own needs like they're optional.
